Why We Built This Site
Michigan provides several public access channels, but no single one is a complete Antrim County criminal history. Sheriff Administration maintains its incident, arrest, booking, jail, and related executive records. The 86th District Court and 13th Circuit Court keep the filed charges, registers of actions, dispositions, and judgments within their jurisdiction. Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center operates ICHAT for the public portion of reportable Michigan history. MDOC runs OTIS for its custody and supervision slice, while MSP manages the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry.
The main challenge is matching a question to the right custodian. Contact information, official search links, known fees, access limits, and request steps are brought together here so a reader can start with the office that actually holds the desired Antrim County record. Where the county does not publish an online roster, fee, or special request channel, that gap is stated rather than filled with an unofficial service.
What You Will Find Here
- Record guides: ways to search and understand Antrim County criminal court case records, arrest files, and registry information
- Official check routes: distinctions between an ICHAT name search, a personal fingerprint review, MiCOURT, and local office records
- Agency contacts: verified paths to Sheriff Administration, the 86th District Court, the County Clerk, and statewide Michigan systems
- Record relief information: Michigan set-aside and Clean Slate sources, including where an eligible application enters the court process
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not an Antrim County or Michigan government service. It has no affiliation with a court, sheriff, police department, Michigan State Police, or any other public agency. Those limits mean the site cannot:
- Run an official check or obtain a government criminal record for a visitor
- Submit a set-aside application, FOIA request, or court filing for someone else
- Issue a certified case document, criminal-history response, police report, or jail record
- Give legal advice about a charge, disposition, sentence, or record-relief option
- Promise that an agency's address, hours, fee, or process has not changed since publication
Only the office that maintains the source record, such as the sheriff, trial-court clerk, or Michigan State Police, can provide its official copy.
Search Partners
Search boxes shown on some pages are operated by outside providers. Those providers control their services, prices, and results. If a visitor follows one of those tools and purchases a service, this site may receive a referral fee that supports free public access to the reference material. We do not set the provider's charges, produce its results, or turn that result into an official Antrim County or Michigan government record.
