1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not keep official criminal records, retrieve records on a reader's behalf, perform official background checks, or submit forms or filings for anyone.

The content routes readers to Antrim County record custodians, including the Sheriff Administration Office, the 86th District Court, the 13th Circuit Court clerk, the Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. Access to executive-agency records can be governed by the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, MCL 15.231 et seq., while public criminal-history dissemination through ICHAT is addressed by MCL 28.242a.

2. Rules for Using This Site

As a condition of using the site, you agree not to:

• Use the website in violation of federal, Michigan, or local law
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate a person with information found here
• Rely on site content for employment, housing, credit, or insurance decisions

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from the site or a linked tool to threaten, intimidate, harass, stalk, or discriminate against anyone. Misconduct may also violate criminal or civil law. Special limits apply to Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry information. MCL 28.728c governs public registry use and provides penalties for using registry information to commit a crime or for threatening, intimidating, or harassing a listed person. Registry access supports public safety awareness, not vigilantism, housing discrimination, or employment blacklisting.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not produce credit reports, background checks, or any other consumer report. Its advertising partners are not presented as services for job-applicant screening, rental-application review, insurance pricing, or credit decisions. You agree not to use information from this site or a linked tool to:

• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Evaluate a renter, tenant, or housing applicant
• Set an insurance premium or assess creditworthiness
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other action regulated by the FCRA

When a lawful purpose requires such a check, use an appropriate official process through the Michigan State Police Criminal Justice Information Center or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.

5. No Legal Advice

The website does not provide legal advice. General explanations of Antrim County criminal records cannot determine how a warrant, charge, conviction, set-aside rule, or other law applies to a specific situation. Seek advice from a Michigan-licensed attorney for that analysis.
